SPONSORSHIP SUMMARY

Hello! We are the new owner's of the Go For It Raceway racetrack and looking forward to the upcoming racing season! Go For It Raceway is seeking sponsorship and/or donations to help get the 2024 season underway and keep it a staple of the community. We are proud to attract racers and fans to the Antigo area.

We have some sponsors already and we would like to stay thank you! Pecha Septic provides portable toilets and hand wash stations at a reduced price for the track events! Garbage is generously picked up by B&B Containers and removed after each race! Bolen Landscaping has donated their time and equipment to help clear snow off the track so we can get our season started! These sponsors help keep this track up and running and we could not do without them.

Donations of any amount help us make necessary repairs, improvements that allow for increased safety, and spectator entertainment; all in an effort to advance the track and make Go For It Raceway a sought-after destination. Some improvements we would like to complete this season are:

  • New Grill for Concessions or other equipment

  • Fence repairs/replacement

  • New Clubhouse

  • Announcer's stand/lookouts

  • Sound system to reduce the level of noise from the clubhouse

  • Trophies for Kids Classes

  • Lighting

  • Bleacher/stands for spectators

  • Ambulance/EMT fees

  • Shelter for patrons from sun/rain

  • Radios

  • Camera/video equipment for photo finishes

How Can You Sponsor

There are four ways you can sponsor or donate to GFI!

 

GOLD LEVEL ($500)

Recognition for Gold Level:

  • 4x8 Custom board that will be displayed on the fence at the track for one year (may be used year after year with the SILVER LEVEL)

  • Sponsor must email a digital graphic so that we can upload to our website and social media

  • Sponsor name to be announced at all award's venues and throughout the race day events

SILVER LEVEL ($250)

Recognition for Silver Level:

  • Sponsor must email a digital graphic so that we can upload to our website and social media

  • Sponsor name to be announced at all award's venues and throughout the race day events

EVERY DOLLAR COUNTS LEVEL ($1 - $10,000)

Recognition for the Every Dollar Counts Level:

  • A listing of all sponsors will be posted at the track in high traffic areas (unless you do not wish to be named)

  • A listing of all sponsors will be uploaded to our website in a PDF document (unless do not wish to be named)

EQUIPMENT/TOOLS/CONCESSIONS ITEMS

Recognition for Donations of equipment, tools concessions, etc.:

  • If donating equipment, sponsor may provide decals to place on the equipment

  • Sponsor name listed and/or announced at all award's venues and throughout the race day events

SPONSOR A SPECIFIC RACE

Recognition for Sponsoring a Specific Race:

  • Sponsor name will be announced multiple times on race day (if sponsor wishes to be named, we can also keep names anonymous if desired)

  1. Click on the GFI Store link on the MENU Tab and click the Sponsor/Donate button to complete the online process (PayPal or Venmo/Square)

  2. Send a cash or check to the home office of GFI made out to Acker's Go For It Raceway LLC and mail to 5842 County Road P Cross Plains, WI 53528

  3. Drop off at the site by either using our Contact Us page and send an email to schedule an appointment or bring the item on race day events

  4. Have us pick up the item by scheduling that through our Contact Us page
